OPEN POSITIONS

Aeroprobe Corporation is looking for a self-motivated and versatile CNC programmer and machinist. In this position, the machinist will work closely with the engineering team to create precision, high quality metal parts relevant to the aerospace and turbomachinery industries from stainless steel, Aluminum, and Nickle alloy materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Program and cut parts in 303/304 stainless steel, Aluminum, and Nickel alloys (625 & 718)
  • Provide feedback to the engineering team on part design and manufacturing methods
  • Manage material from rough stock to finished part
  • Review and approve manufacturing drawings
  • Check part dimensions against tolerance and document measurements
  • Assist with maintenance of safe and reliable operation of equipment, machines, and manufacturing facility

Required:

Aeroprobe Corporation is looking for a self-motivated and versatile manufacturing engineer. In this position, the successful applicant will work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and improve production processes for the Micro Air Data Computer product line.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop manufacturing, calibration, and testing/qualification processes to ensure efficient, defect-free production of the Micro Air Data Computer product line.
  • Develop and document work instructions for production of the Micro Air Data Computer.
  • Develop and perform acceptance test processes and procedures.
  • Develop process controls to meet quality standards.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance of order parts.
  • Ensure compliance with various regulating bodies both foreign and domestic.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory management system for key components of the Micro Air Data Computer.
  • Maintain NIST-traceability of the appropriate measuring and monitoring equipment.

Required:

  • Knowledge of circuit board design, manufacture, and population
  • Experience with quality control methodologies

As an Application Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering team and support customers in choosing the right solution for their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a competent understanding of Aeroprobe’s products and customer processes to assist in identifying the right products for our customers’ needs.
  • Interact responsively and enthusiastically with customers to provide great customer care as we identify the right solution and products for their needs.
  • Communicate technical information to customers to ensure they have the right information in determining the best solution.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers so that they are knowledgeable in how our products work.
  • Accurately perform basic engineering analysis when necessary (sensor selection, probe stress analysis, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all tasks and procedures related to ensuring customer success are completed on time.

You are a self-motivated, technology-oriented individual with a strong desire for helping customers succeed. You are detail-oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and are a good listener.  Lastly, you are eager to learn new things, have a competitive spirit, and are passionate about helping the Aeroprobe team win.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of technical sales experience
  • Engineering Degree
