Aeroprobe Probes
All probes come with a calibration over a few thousand points at a customer-specified speed. If you plan to test in a range of speeds varying by more than 30 m/s, you will need to purchase additional calibrations. Please see the calibration details in the probe description.
A general description of multi-hole probes and their capabilities can be found in the paper presented recently at an international symposium. Click here for the symposium paper.![]()

Aeroprobe builds high-speed wind tunnel

To address increasing calibration demands, Aeroprobe has successfully constructed a high-speed wind tunnel housed in additional facilities in Blacksburg, Virginia.
Capable of producing flow speeds up to Mach 1, the tunnel sets a new standard for high quality flow with minimized turbulence. With these investments, the tunnel has run almost 24 hours a day since it came on line three months ago.
